Founded in 2024 by a small team of interior stylists and color theorists, FrameTheory was born out of a desire to create a deliberate space for design criticism. We felt that mainstream platforms focus too heavily on quick hacks and consumerism, skipping the underlying principles that make a house a sanctuary.
Our mission is to curate detailed design guides, deep dives into historical architecture movements, practical color theory applications, and designer spotlights that invite contemplation. We treat every blog post as a physical gallery page—clean, balanced, and beautifully framed.
