3. Subscriber & Member Profiles

4. Membership Billing & Refunds

Payment for premium subscription tiers is processed securely on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All rates are listed in EUR or USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your member dashboard. Unless explicitly required by local consumer legislation, payments are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The spatial tips, product recommendations, interior styling concepts, and blueprints featured on FrameTheory are for general inspiration and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes. FrameTheory and its contributors shall not be liable for any damage, structural issues, or financial losses incurred during physical renovations or styling changes inspired by our site content.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any legal disputes arising from your usage of our Services shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Milano, Italy.
